Return & Exchange Policy

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and included.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Certain items, such as personalized, final-sale, or special-order products, are non-returnable.

Return Process
Online Returns:
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and complete the return request form.
A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon approval.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier location.


Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective item.


Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations of the same product, subject to availability.
For a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
